Millions of people are bothered by back, hip or knee pain every day and are unable to treat it. Before starting, it’s very important to warm up. Tighten your toes first gripping the floor with them and keeping them pressed for 3 seconds. Release them afterwards and repeat 3 sets of the exercise with 10 repetitions per leg.
Relieving stiff ankles will significantly reduce your back, hip or knee pain. Just rotate your ankles in the air, then put your feet back on the ground and try to lift one of your legs above your head. Repeat the process with your other leg and do 10 repetitions per leg.
You should repeat this exercise at least twice a day for best results. Tiptoeing will strengthen the muscles and ligaments on your toes. All you have to do is to walk on your toes for 20 seconds and repeat the exercise a few times per foot.
